The Eva Tupman Nurse Researcher Award

Eligibility Criteria

Award may be granted to an Outstanding Nurse Researcher who meets the
following criteria.

  1. Nurse Researcher (academic or clinical)
  2. Resident of Georgia
  3. Has demonstrated a positive influence on Nursing Research in Georgia through one or more of the following examples:
    1. Demonstration of Scholarship, e.g.
          1. Presentations at local, state. or national meetings
          2. Publications regarding research (research articles, chapters in texts, etc.)
    2. Grants received for the purpose of conducting research.
    3. Served on regional, state, or national committees r/t to nursing research.
    4. Received research award or recognition of excellence in research.
    5. Research mentor or consultant
    6. Other
  4. References:
    Nominee will supply a letter of reference/endorsement or reference information from:

    1. A peer or a former or current student (academic or clinical, and
    2. An administrator or employer.

After being nominated, the nominee will be asked to supply a CV or resume.
